For the case of Avast vaccine or Avast Secure Browser users, the message 'Cannot connect to the site' message pops up and LMS access is restricted.

The reason is the Avast vaccine which blocks LMS access.

Therefore, if the user is using the Avast vaccine or the Avast Secure Browser, the following actions can be the solution:

(1) Run the Avast Vaccine

(2) Click the top right menu

(3) General >  Exceptions > Add Cosmos LMS Address
