First, check whether instructor(host)'s email is registered on ZOOM license.

Instructor(Host) must activate account by checking invitation mail sent by ZOOM,

and the email inscribed on LMS must be coincided with email registered on ZOOM.

(Note) The email inscribed on LMS is synchronized with the email inscribed on the portal system.

1) mod_zoom/errorwebservice_badrequest

There appears above error message, when you click the module of video lecture(ZOOM), and cannot register for the video lecture.

Causes:

① The email which is inscribed on LMS is not registered in the ZOOM license.

② The email which is inscribed on LMS does not coincide with the one which is registered in the ZOOM license.

Solutions:

① The LMS administrator adds users to the ZOOM license.

② Change the email inscribed in LMS to the one in which ZOOM is activated. The email must be changed in the portal system and then it will be synchronized at the dawn of the day next. Or resolve it with ①. The LMS administrator adds the email account which is inscribed in LMS to the ZOOM license.

2) No resources

The above error message appears when I click the [Save] button on the uploading page of the video lecture(ZOOM), and cannot register the video lecture.
