2. 교수자가 학생의 [성적] 버튼을 클릭하여 개별 성적 입력 페이지에 접근한 경우

There are two cases where [comment] button is displayed among those who did not submit the assignment.

1. The case which a student clicked on an assignment to access the assignment page

2. The case which an instructor clicked student's [Grades] button to access individual grade evaluation page
