Flash usage has been restricted by default by browser policy since the version of Chrome browser has been updated.

For this reason, the message 'Error loading player: No playable sources found' may appear when watching a VOD on Chrome, which can be resolved as follows.

  1. Click 'Caution' on the left side of the VOD address window and set it to 'Flash - Allow'.2) Or click 'Caution > Site Settings' and set it to 'Flash - Allow'.

Flash Test

If the Flash plug-in is installed and working properly, visit the Adobe Test page.If the Adobe Test page says that Flash is not installed, please refer to the instructions below for installing the Flash plug-in.

Installing and updating Flash

The Flash plug-in is automatically updated by default.If the Adobe Test page says Flash is out of date and you are not waiting for an automatic update, you can download and install the latest version to update it manually.Please access the Flash Player download page at adobe.com to download the Flash installer.

Recheck your VOD

Watch the VOD again when the Flash plug-in installation is complete.
